It seems you never avoid skeptics, especially those who want to be critical because of their own failure or lack of desire to try. I say this because every now and then I get emails from people like this, who have happened across Naturally Massive or The Fat Burn Truth. Without knowing anyone on the program and without trying it themselves these people will take their time to explain to me how these programs can’t possibly work. I get accused of using steroids by some and paradoxically told by some of the same people that I am too small anyway. I share this not to complain, but to relate that the world has its share of people who genuinely believe that mediocre results are all that the average person is permitted to expect. The moment someone begins to share ways to pull ahead, a few people will always become critical rather than try.
On the other hand, some people do believe in the idea that more is possible and they apply themselves to the task of seeing if grand claims have any substance. I had the priveledge of recieving word from a Naturally Massive user, named Alan. This guy has a crazy work schedule and has had to work some hard hours to get his workouts in, but he recently shared his first 6 weeks results with me in an email. (That’s right. Just 6 weeks.)
Alan had started out weighing 188 lbs in October of 2008. Fast forward to early December of 2008 and Alan weighed an even leaner 196 lbs. I am informed that he started with the Primer Phase of Naturally Massive and so wound up doing three Primer Phase and two Growth Phase training periods. (You’ll see what that means in the pages of Naturally Massive, but the total time amounted to 6 weeks.)
Now I know that some people will still not believe this. I mean, Alan’s results are dramatic for such a short period, but the fact is that this is how the program is supposed to work. However, most people out there recognize that bad being natural doesn’t mean you have to get inferrior results in fat loss and muscle development. I think Alan’s results speak to this concept and he was kind enough to let me share his initial six week results with you. Here is a before and after photo below of Alan’s 6 week results:
